While preparing for the competition Antoinette learnt that time management is very important, balancing the time she studied and the time she took to train at Big Youth Barbell gym, the balancing act that she had to perform was a very stressful task - as it impacted on the time she spent with her son who is her most prized possession.
Antoinette thinks a role model should be one who should be honest and a good listener and throughout her preparation for the competition she is supported "one hundred percent" by her family and friends.
