Colleen started training occasionally in March but decided on the 4th May to take a serious approach to her training as she wanted to improve her fitness level and to challenge herself and thought that entering the 'Fruta Max Island Fitness Pageant' as the challenge she needed.
She is new to the fitness competition but has competed in a beauty and nails competition and won; she is neither new to being on stage as she has done some modeling as well.
For Colleen her most prized possession is her son and she believes a good role model should be someone who is very ambitious, respectful, honest, reliable, a positive leader and willing to stand up for the rights of others.
