Leanne was sponsored by Weisers on the Bay and she is a part-time Store Clerk and a full-time Student pursuing a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics and Accounting; at 23 years old she weighs 130 pounds and stand 5 feet 2 inches and is a first time competitor in the island fitness pageant but has previously trained for volleyball, netball and track and field.
Her lifetime ambition is to be a successful Accountant and Economic advisor while owning her own business. Leanne works as a P.R.O on the executive committee with a community group named "Ooutraje Kydz".
She felt that preparing for the competition helped her to gain courage and hopes to gain greater self-confidence from being a participant. Leanne's most prized possession is her body - she sees it as the first and only thing you can call your own. She thinks that how the body looks is the first indicator of who or what a person is.
She thinks a role model should be assertive, confident, reliable, honest and possess a likable character.
Her family and friends are all very proud of her and encourages her to do her best and excel in the competition.
