Lynette started training on the 7th January, 2007 as she sees the competition as a challenge to get her body in as close to peak condition as possible, even though she is a new competitor in the Island Fitness Pageant, she is not new to the competition arena as she was the winner in the 1999 Miss Oistins pageant and competed in 2004 (IDTA) International Dance Teachers Association.
She views the competition as a huge motivational tool for those who are fit conscious and thinks it promotes a healthy lifestyle.
Lynette sees a good role model as someone who is patient, organised, assertive and positive.
Her most prized possession is her artistic skill. Art has always been her passion and she grows through it, she sees it as a large part of what completes her.
